Yes, we require of physician referral for every patient regardless of treatment.
We accept most major commercial insurances. We also accept Medicare. Please contact us to confirm we accept your insurance plan.
You have the right to choose your site of care! Switching your ongoing infusion or injection treatment to us is easy. As a first step, fill out the Self Referral form online, and a member of our team will be in touch with next steps. We will also need a physician’s order for your medication and information about your health insurance to authorize your treatment. Once we have those two things, we can order your medications and schedule your infusion for a time that is convenient for you.

Yes! All Axiva patients are guaranteed a private, spacious suite complete with amenities like heated, massaging seats, Netflix, high-speed internet, and snacks!
For home infusions, our nurses are flexible and will coordinate a convenient time. For infusions in the suites, we are available Monday – Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM; weekends by appointment only

We have infusion suites in Havertown, PA and Huntingdon Valley, PA.
Axiva follows all of the same regulatory guidelines and safety standards as your physician’s office and most hospitals. Axiva staffs its suites at a low patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring a level of oversight and rapid response necessary if you experience any adverse event from your treatment. Our physician supervisors are available to us should a problem arise with your infusion, however first step is to call your prescribing doctor. In addition, each of our centers is equipped with automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and our team is trained in administering basic life support and anaphylaxis protocol. Axiva takes every measure to maintain a strict aseptic technique, including during medication preparation and administration.
Once a statement is received, patients may pay by check or credit card using the prepaid envelope that accompanies the mailed statement or by calling us at 888.240.0275. If you have additional questions about your bill, please contact our billing department directly at 888.240.0275.
