Janice Patten, has been in the medical healthcare field for over 25 yrs. She has been fortunate throughout her career to work for companies that truly make a difference in people’s lives. She came to Axiva, because they have the same passion for making a difference in patient’s lives as she does. She brings, experience, kindness, compassion, and empathy for wanting a better life for patients.
Janice is a single mom who raised 3 children on her own while working full time going to nursing school, she also has an MBA and is currently working on her PhD to better help people. Janice cherishes her family, friends, coworkers as well as the office staff she loves like family. Besides her 3 amazing children she has a beautiful daughter in law and a son in law that has so much passion for life. Janice also has 4 amazing grandchildren who are the true loves of her life. She also has a poodle named Lilly, and a cat named Abbey Road (yep, she’s a Beatle fan). For fun she loves to travel, watch Hallmark at Christmas time (Loves Christmas), and laugh. You can often find her looking for new corny jokes to make people laugh.
Janice is also a 28 year survivor of a rare form of liver cancer, she treats each day as a gift, and knows the importance of being a patient and they care they deserve. She is also aware of through these trying times of Covid-19 how overworked the office staff is in helping her patients. That’s why she knows the importance of having a company, who is willing to go the extra mile to not only help patients, but the office staff as well. She is so looking forward to meeting each and every one of you, to make a difference in not only your patient’s lives, but yours as well!
